By completing a purchase through the BlueBird FiveM Tebex store, you agree to the following terms.

Before You Purchase

These terms apply alongside any rights, obligations or processes that may apply under Tebex terms, payment provider rules, Cfx.re/FiveM terms, Discord terms, Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law.

If you are unsure about a product, perk, subscription, supporter tier, Subscription Points, Discord linking, account linking or how a product functions, please contact us before making your purchase.

Digital Delivery, Refunds and Sale Agreement

Products sold through this store are digital products, digital licences, subscriptions, in-game perks, supporter benefits, server-related access, virtual items or related digital services.

In most cases, these products are delivered, activated, licensed or made available automatically shortly after purchase through Tebex, Discord, Cfx.re/FiveM, BlueBirdRP systems or related third-party systems.

Because these are digital products that are consumed, activated, licensed or made available shortly after purchase, all purchases are final except where a refund, replacement, repair or other remedy is required by applicable consumer law, Tebex terms, payment provider rules, or another law or process that cannot be excluded.

BlueBirdRP does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit or compensation for the reasons listed below, unless required by a law or process that cannot be excluded.

No Refunds For

• Change of mind.
• Loss of interest.
• Choosing the wrong product, tier, account, package, server, supporter option, creator option, affiliate option, staff option or partner option.
• Misunderstanding what the product includes where the relevant product, tier, perk, Subscription Points or linked information was available before purchase.
• Failure to join the BlueBirdRP Discord before purchasing.
• Failure to correctly link or use the Discord, Cfx.re, FiveM, Tebex, game, website or other account required for delivery.
• Server changes, balancing updates, development changes, maintenance, wipes, resets, economy changes, perk adjustments or feature adjustments.
• Issues caused by game updates, FiveM/CFX changes, Discord changes, Tebex changes, payment provider changes, third-party content, third-party platform changes, user-side technical issues, account issues, hardware issues, software issues or connection issues.
• Moderation action, bans, suspensions, removals, wipes, resets or access restrictions resulting from breaches of BlueBirdRP rules, Discord rules, server rules, roleplay standards, platform terms or applicable law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

If a refund, replacement, repair or other remedy is required by applicable consumer law, Tebex terms, payment provider rules or another law or process that cannot be excluded, the matter will be handled through the applicable Tebex, payment provider, platform or legal process.

Evolving Server and Product Disclaimer

BlueBirdRP operates in a dynamic, evolving environment. By purchasing any product or service through this store, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Content, systems, features, rewards, perks, access, pricing, server structure or functionality may change over time.
• Access to specific features, areas, mechanics, queues, roles, benefits or systems may be altered, replaced, rebalanced, suspended or removed during normal development, maintenance, moderation, security work or operational changes.
• The value, usefulness, availability or purpose of a product may shift over time as the server, community, infrastructure or related systems evolve.
• Some perks may depend on Discord linking, third-party platform availability, server uptime, Cfx.re/FiveM systems, Tebex systems, payment provider systems or other services outside BlueBirdRP’s direct control.

BlueBirdRP will make reasonable efforts to keep linked product, tier, Subscription Points and supporter information accurate, but players should check the current linked information before purchasing.

There is no guarantee that any purchased item, subscription, supporter benefit, role, perk, points system, server access, in-game feature or related service will retain the same use, function, availability, value or access as when it was originally bought, except where a right or remedy is required by applicable consumer law or another law that cannot be excluded.

Supporter Subscriptions, Perks and Points

Supporter subscriptions are optional purchases that help support the running, development and ongoing costs of BlueBirdRP services.

Each subscription tier may include different perks, roles, points or benefits. The current perks for each tier are listed on the linked tier perk pages. Subscription Points, Staff Points, Affiliate Points and Partner Points are explained on the Subscription Points information page.

Supporter perks, Subscription Points, rewards and related systems may be updated from time to time. Changes will apply in accordance with BlueBirdRP’s current policies, server rules, Tebex terms, platform terms and applicable consumer law.

Purchases do not exempt players from BlueBirdRP rules, Discord rules, server rules, roleplay standards, moderation decisions, bans, wipes, resets, technical issues, server changes or service changes.

Affiliate, Partner, Staff and Creator Disclosure

Some supporter tiers, creator tiers, affiliate links, referral links, staff tiers, partner tiers or similar options may be connected to a BlueBirdRP Affiliate, Partner, staff member, creator or other approved participant.

If you purchase through one of those options, the relevant person may receive a commission, points, recognition or another benefit from BlueBirdRP. This does not increase the purchase price you pay and does not reduce the standard perks of the tier unless clearly stated otherwise.

Any public promotion of BlueBirdRP by an Affiliate, Partner, creator, staff member or similar participant should clearly disclose their connection to BlueBirdRP where they may receive a commission, benefit, reward or other incentive.

Discord Linking, Access and Delivery

Please ensure you are in the BlueBirdRP Discord before purchasing anything.

Join the BlueBirdRP Discord

Automatic Discord roles and related perks require you to be in the BlueBirdRP Discord and properly linked before purchase. If you are not in the Discord before purchasing, your role may not be automatically applied and you may need to submit a support ticket.

It can take some time for staff to get to your ticket, so it is best to join the Discord prior to purchase to avoid any delay.

Need Support?

To submit a support ticket, join the BlueBirdRP Ticket Discord and go to the #support channel.

In the #support channel, use the dropdown on the ticket message and select General to create a private ticket.

When requesting purchase support, please include your transaction ID copied as text and a screenshot of your Tebex receipt or confirmation email.

Access, Escrow and Third-Party Systems

Products sold through this store may depend on third-party systems including Tebex, Cfx.re/FiveM, Discord, payment providers, game services and other related platforms.

Some products sold through this store, including server assets, subscriptions and in-game perks, may be subject to the Cfx.re Escrow System and may only be accessible while the item is active in your Cfx.re Keymaster account, if applicable. Removal of the item from your account may result in the loss of access.

BlueBirdRP is not responsible for outages, restrictions, account issues, platform changes, technical changes or access issues caused by third-party services outside BlueBirdRP’s reasonable control, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

Asset Donation Agreement

If you are donating, transferring or submitting assets to BlueBirdRP, the Asset Donation Agreement may also apply.

Final Confirmation

By proceeding with a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept the above terms in full, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
