Subscriptions

Subscription roles may take some time to update through Tebex and Discord.

Once your role appears in the BlueBirdRP Discord, log out and back into the server, or use /refreshdiscord once.

Do not spam the command.

Copy this text into your ticket then replace the placeholder information with real information:

Reason for ticket: [TYPE THE REASON FOR OPENING THIS TICKET AND PROVIDE AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE]

In-Game Items

If your purchase requires manual redemption, copy your Tebex transaction ID from your email and use it in-game with:

/redeem tbx-12345678a90123-4b567c

Replace the example transaction ID with your own ID, including the tbx prefix.
