BlueBird is currently undergoing some changes.

Our primary change is that we are overhauling the way we monetize our community in order to pay for the many costs associated with running it and growing it.

Over the past few years people have been very supportive of us and we really appreciate it.

Recently we attempted to make a new monetization option that was cheaper then ever before with more features than ever before. This was quickly shut down by TEBEX who did not like our plans for saving everyone money.

This means that we have had to completely redo the store.

What they didn't like:

• They don't want us giving people perks for multiple games and instead want us to make a store per game.
  • This would cost our users more as they would have to pick up 5+ subscriptions once we have all of our games ready if they wanted to play all of them.
• They didn't like the Unobtainium Supporter as it was more that $499.
  • This subscription has always existed as a dream more than an actual subscription, so it is sad to see it go.

What we have had to do:

• We have made a FiveM only TEBEX webstore (the site you are on now).
  • We have done this because CFX and Rockstar won't allow us to monetize any other way now despite the limitations that TEBEX offers.
  • This means that we can no longer offer perks on any servers via this TEBEX other than our FiveM servers, currently:
    • BlueBirdRP (Melbourne based Roleplay server)
    • BlueBirdAC (Arcade and Minigames server)
• We have had to remove the Unobtainium supporter from the store entirely.
  • There is still a way to obtain the Unobtainium through our new Subscriber Points system but it can no longer be purchase.
• We have made a FiveM Store for one off purchases as well.
  • The reason that store is on a different TEBEX store front is because TEBEX do not allow Creator Codes to only be used on specific items. They are store wide or nothing. This feature is an issue as we would not be able to support all of wonderful creators properly if we were to run things in that way.

What we will do next:

• Once this site is fully functional and things are back to normal we will be looking to create another store front that will cover all of our other services.
  • That site would not be on TEBEX due to their ToS not allowing us to work with the community to create a good product.
• We will try to utilize the API's from TEBEX to display purchases on a central store to ensure as smooth of an experience for our customers to not have it feel like you need to remember at least 3 different URLs

What does this mean for those who purchased on the original TEBEX store:

• Due to the ToS issues, that store has been shut down completely.
  • We wanted to try to keep it running and have help change the store type to fit the issues but TEBEX has decided to only communicate with us when they want to shut stores down then not answer any questions after that.
• If you were an early adopter of our TEBEX webstore you will soon see a full refund come to you.
  • We are treating the time you had your perks as like a free trial to say thank you for getting on board as early as you did.
  • You will see your roles removed either already or very soon.
• Keep in mind that purchasing the subscriptions on this store will give perks on FiveM and there is nothing we can do to allow for it to give perks on other services as much as we want to.
