BlueBirdRC

BlueBirdRC is a private Discord application operated by BlueBirdRP for its FiveM roleplay community.

Information We Process

When a player connects their Discord account to BlueBirdRC, we may process their Discord user ID, Discord server ID, Discord role IDs, the associated FiveM player identifier or character identifier, and verification timestamps.

Why We Process It

We use this information only to:

- verify whether a player is a member of the BlueBirdRP Discord server;

- determine whether the player holds BlueBirdRP roles linked to supporter perks, access rules, or other in-game entitlements;

- provide FiveM server-status messages and restart notifications through txAdmin; and

- maintain security, troubleshooting, and administration records for BlueBirdRP services.

Information We Do Not Process

BlueBirdRC does not read or store Discord message content, direct messages, attachments, reactions, presence status, friend lists, payment card details, or data from unrelated Discord servers.

Storage and Security

Discord verification data is stored only on BlueBirdRP-controlled server infrastructure and is accessible only to authorised BlueBirdRP administrators who require it to operate or support the service.

Retention

We retain verification data only while it is reasonably required to provide BlueBirdRP services, maintain entitlement records, resolve support matters, or protect the security of the community.

Sharing

BlueBirdRP does not sell Discord data or use it for advertising. We do not disclose Discord data to third parties except where required to operate the service, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request.

Your Choices

You can request information about, correction of, or deletion of your stored Discord verification data by opening a BlueBirdRP support ticket. Removing your Discord connection or leaving the BlueBirdRP Discord server may prevent role-based server access or supporter perks from being applied.
