1. What You’re Purchasing

When you purchase a "1 of 1 Ped," you are buying the exclusive right to use the ped on the BlueBirdRP server.

• You are not purchasing the ped files, ownership, or intellectual property rights.
• The purchase grants you a license to use the ped exclusively on our server, as per the conditions outlined below.
• The ped will remain locked to your BlueBirdRP account and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to other players.

2. Use of the Ped

• Server Restriction: The ped may only be used on the BlueBirdRP server. Any attempt to use it elsewhere or distribute it is a breach of these terms.
• Character Slot Guidelines: The ped can be used across your character slots. However, once you begin actively using the ped on a specific character, it must remain associated with that character slot and cannot be transferred.
• No Modifications: Players are not permitted to alter, resell, or distribute the ped in any form.

3. Pricing Transparency

Each ped is priced based on its creation cost, server integration cost, and exclusivity value. The full breakdown is listed in each ped’s individual package description, including:

• The original cost to create the ped.
• Any charges incurred by BlueBirdRP for server implementation.
• The discounted price for the player, with a detailed breakdown of savings.

4. Refund and Relinquishment Policy

• No Refunds for Breaches: If you breach our community guidelines or are banned from the server, you forfeit your right to use the ped and are not entitled to a refund.
• Voluntary Relinquishment:
  • If you no longer wish to use the ped, you may request to relinquish it by submitting a ticket at BlueBirdRP Sales Support.
  • Upon review, you may be eligible for a Tebex gift card equal to the ped’s base cost to BlueBirdRP (excluding server integration costs).
  • The decision to issue a Tebex gift card is at BlueBirdRP’s sole discretion.
• Relisting: Relinquished peds will be relisted at a discounted price. Peds associated with permanently banned accounts will also be relisted for sale.

5. Intellectual Property

• The creators of the peds (e.g., PedWorks) retain full ownership of the ped designs and their associated intellectual property rights.
• BlueBirdRP does not claim ownership of the ped designs.
• By purchasing a ped, you agree to use it in compliance with the terms outlined by both BlueBirdRP and the creator.

6. Rockstar Games and CFX Compliance

BlueBirdRP operates in full compliance with Rockstar Games’ and CFX’s terms of service.

• No Real-World Currency for In-Game Advantage: The purchase of a “1 of 1 Ped” does not grant any in-game advantages, and no real-world monetary value is applied to in-game mechanics.
• Roleplay Enhancements Only: The ped is provided solely as a cosmetic, roleplay enhancement and does not impact gameplay mechanics or balance.
• No Ped Distribution: BlueBirdRP does not distribute or sell ped files; all purchases are for usage rights only, restricted to the server.

7. Breach of Terms

• Breaching any of these terms may result in:
  • Immediate forfeiture of the right to use the ped.
  • Potential suspension or banning from the server.
  • No eligibility for refunds or compensation.
• BlueBirdRP reserves the right to take any necessary actions to protect the community and enforce these terms.

8. Liability

• Player Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these terms. Any misuse of the ped or breach of guidelines is solely the player’s liability.
• No Guarantees: BlueBirdRP does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server or the availability of the ped in cases of server downtime, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Legal Claims: By purchasing, you waive any claims against BlueBirdRP, its partners, and creators related to the ped’s use, pricing, or integration.

9. Support

If you have questions, require clarification, or wish to request a relinquishment of your ped, please submit a ticket at BlueBirdRP Sales Support.

By proceeding with the purchase of a “1 of 1 Ped,” you accept and agree to these terms in full. BlueBirdRP reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the ped constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.
